Unmanned Drones at Roswell Army Airfield in 1946 (Radio Controlled, Robot Ship, Pilotless)

Are drones almost 100 years old? Yep. Back in 1946 the U.S. military was preparing for "Operation Crossroads" at Roswell Army Airfield. This operation was to be atomic bomb tests to occur at the Bikini Atoll islands. The B-29 Superfortress Dave's Dream that dropped the first bomb nicknamed Able took off and landed at Roswell Army Airfield.

As part of this testing the military also perfected the use of unmanned aerial aircraft, also known as drones, robot ships, radio controlled aircraft, pilotless aircraft, and pilotless ships. These unmanned drones would help with the atomic bomb tests.

We show you actual pictures from Roswell Army Airfield of a B-17 drones (full-size aircraft) being controlled from a Jeep and a mother-ship.

We introduce you to Colonel Ulysses S. Nero, who helped with the preparations. Colonel Nero was the bombardier for General Billy Mitchell. We also show you General Roger Ramey who participated in drone testing at Roswell Army Airfield. General Ramey is well known for appearing in the famous Roswell pictures of the debris found by W.W. Brazel.

Let's see what's out there!

We have documented that the Wikipedia 1947 Roswell Incident Page does not include the word "drone", "radio controlled", "pilotless", or "robot ship" in any of their historical research on the 1947 #Roswell #UFO Crash (drone is only mentioned in the title of a source YouTube Video of Obama discussing the modern drone program in modern times for war usage). We are documenting this to show that we have uncovered this information (drones at Roswell Army Airfield in 1946 -1955) and to protect our work from those who may steal credit for it.

We are including screenshots below. We have uploaded a screen recording of the Wikipedia page in another blog post to protect our research on the monkeys used in New Mexico in Rocket Launch test flights during the late 1940's and early 1950's.

We added the current version of the Wikipedia page to the Wayback Machine website on November 20, 2022 to confirm any changes made after our findings.
