To The Stars Academy VP And Robert Bigelow

Confirmed in an article written by George Knapp for Las Vegas 8, Dr Hal Puthoff of To The Stars Academy wrote the bid that landed billionaire Robert Bigelow the Advanced Aerial Threat Identification Program (AATIP) contract.

AATIP is also referred to as the Pentagon’s “UFO Study” or the “UFO Program.”

Harold E. Puthoff, PhD, is the Founder, President & CEO, of EarthTech International, Inc. and is also the Director at Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin.

Here’s a direct quote from George Knapp:

“One of the scientists who helped figure it out is a physicist named Dr. Hal Puthoff. He wrote the proposal that helped Bigelow land the contract to study UFOs, and in a recent radio interview, he said he commissioned 38 scientific papers during the study to explore exotic propulsion ideas, including what he calls space-time metric engineering.”

AATIP was a study of UFO Sightings funded by the United States government in an attempt to discover new propulsion methods. AATIP was not a study looking for alien life on Earth. This was confirmed by Luis Elizondo.

National Institute of Discovery Sciences

This revelation further confirms Puthoff’s close connection to Robert Bigelow over the past. Puthoff sat on the Science Advisory Board at the National Institute of Discovery Sciences (NIDS), a Bigelow funded private research organization disbanded in 2004.

The National Institute of Discovery Sciences concentrated on scientific exploration and fringe topics. Research projects primarily focused on emerging technologies and unconventional theories.

Another well known individual who sat on the NIDS Science Advisory Board was John Alexander, Ph.D.

A paid staff member of NIDS was someone you may not have heard of, Colm A. Kelleher, Ph.D., Administrator, Molecular Biology & Biochemistry. He co-wrote the Skinwalker Ranch book with George Knapp. According to sources Kelleher is believed to have been a team leader and project manager for NIDS. Kelleher also worked as a Research Director for Bigelow Aerospace in Las Vegas and as an administrator for one of its subsidiaries, Space Sciences, Inc.

Unbeknownst to many the advocacy journalist pushing these stories, George Knapp, was also employed at NIDS in the early 2000’s. Puthoff and Knapp may have had personal interactions at NIDS in the past. They also may have been co-workers.

Here’s a quote from Wikipedia about George Knapp’s NIDS involvement:

“In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Knapp worked with the now-defunct group National Institute of Discovery Science (NIDS). Founded by Las Vegas businessman Robert Bigelow, NIDS was charged with scientifically studying unusual phenomena with scientists and funding. Based on his work with NIDS and biochemist Colm Kelleher, Knapp publicized the so-called Skinwalker Ranch in northeast Utah, where strange events are alleged to have occurred.”

Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies

Another company involved in this confusing unveiling of the AATIP is Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS). BAASS operated sometime between 2007 and 2014. Together they investigated UFO Sightings.

It’s unclear if BAASS is sill operating but rumors are it is no longer operational. BAASS was supposedly the Biegelow Aerospace subsidiary responsible for investigating the UFO Sightings.

When the organization was operating the public was told BAASS was a research organization focusing on the evaluation, identification, and acquisition of emerging technologies. We now know that wasn’t exactly fully forthcoming.

BAASS Joint Venture With MUFON In 2009

A side-effect of the AATIP revelations, was the uncovering of a partnership between MUFON and a military contractor.

The private contractor working under the Pentagon’s AATIP from 2009-2012 was Bigelow Aerospace, who’s the owner of BAASS.

In 2009 BAASS partnered with MUFON on UFO investigations but it’s not clear exactly how the individual cases were chosen. Bigelow supposedly promised donations from an “anonymous” source to fund the exploratory venture. The goal was find actual UFO parts, a craft, or even an alien being. We now know that the anonymous money more than likely came from the United States military.

The operation and funding methods were confirmed by a former Director of MUFON:

“Mr. Bigelow did not fund MUFON’s work for BAASS, instead “sponsors” that Bigelow revealed to John Schuessler but not to the other MUFON Board Members put up the money.”

MUFON helped funnel any significant evidence of UFOS or aliens to Bigelow and away from the eyes of prying American citizens. Bigelow it seems would also be able to use any knowledge gains to create for-profit products used in military applications and space applications.

In February, 2010 the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) was even directed to list BAASS as a UFO reporting center. Here’s a quote from the FAA directive:

“Persons wanting to report UFO/unexplained phenomena activity should contact a UFO/ unexplained phenomena reporting data collection center, such as Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) (voice: 1-877-979-7444 or e-mail: Reporting@baass.org), the National UFO Reporting Center, etc.”

2010 UFO Sighting Witness Contacted By Bigelow Aerospace

In 2010 a mass UFO Sighting of orange orbs occurred at Lake Eire in the United States. One of the witnesses was contacted by Bigelow Aerospace Corporation.

Here’s a quote from the UFO sighting witness contacted by the Bigelow investigator:

“Michael Lee Hill … claims that in 2010 an investigator for Bigelow Aerospace Corporation named Gary Hernandez contacted him concerning his orb sightings requesting that Michael divulge the coordinates of his orb sighting locations. A search of Linkedin.com reveals that indeed a Gary Henandez with an extensive law enforcement background did work for Bigelow as an investigator on “Classified Projects” from 2010 till 2011.

The point of all this is that we have a billionaire aerospace tycoon apparently interested in the coordinates in the Lake Erie Orange Orb sightings. If they are just airplanes like MUFON says – why?”

Revealing The Aerial Threat Identification Program

Dr Hal Puthoff jumped into the spotlight after teaming up with Tom DeLonge, Luis Elizondo, and Chrostopher Mellon (UFO Data) at To The Stars Academy which revealed the AATIP late in 2017.

Puthoff is the Vice President of DeLonge’s To The Stars Academy, a book & media corporation. Puthoff is also a shareholder of the public corporation.
